Our volunteer leaders and experts in various fields dedicate their time to inspire students and young people about various careers while educating about the available mentorship and career opportunities in the field and local areas.

Academy

The goal of our academy is training future leaders, nurturing their skills and build a strong professional network and foundation for success in the future.

Every year, we offer several position to become UB leadership fellows who will work closely with UB board and leaders.
