About Us
Ubeyond started initially as a professional network to host engaging conferences to connect the professional world with students who are in need of guidance and mentorship. It was based on a conversation between community leaders and the need for quality mentorship networking in underserved communities.
Our first annual conference was hosted in 2013 followed by annual conferences and summits till 2018. 1st U-Beyond Annual Conference- January 2014 1st Women in Leadership Conference- April 2014 1st Benefit Gala- October 3, 2015 2nd Annual U-Beyond Conference- January 2015 3th Annual U-Beyond Conference- January 2016 Nano-Med School Conference- July 2016 Clarkston High School Summit - November 2016 4th Annual U-Beyond Conference- January 2017 5th Annual U-Beyond Conference- January 2018 We updated our focus based on the the experience and feedback from the community. UBeyond is now focused on being present in communities to connect them with the professional world in meaningful and sustainable ways. |
